With broad primary interests in orthopedic and general surgery, sports medicine, lameness diagnosis and treatment, ultrasonography, diagnostic imaging, ophthalmology and internal medicine, Dr. Staller’s expertise and opinion is sought by horse owners and trainers at the highest levels of equine sport. His practice has grown rapidly from one veterinarian to its current five veterinarians. The hospital facility was designed by Dr. Staller and was completed in 2001. The clinic serves as the base for the broad range of services Dr. Staller and his staff offer.
Dr. Staller has published primary research articles in scientific journals as well as co-authored numerous case reports. Dr. Staller became board-certified as a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons in 1995. He has been certified as an FEI veterinarian in the disciplines of Dressage, Three-Day Eventing and Combined Driving. He has served in an official capacity for many years at National and International level competitions in these disciplines.
Dr. Staller has two grown children of whom he is very proud. When not providing patient care and managing his practice, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, playing the guitar and blues harmonica, fitness activities, training and playing with his German Shepherd dog, and riding.
